Your trainer & consultant
Tobias Seidl

From my hometown in Upper Palatinate, I've traveled pretty much all over the world. This was due to my experience as a trainer for a leading global mechanical engineering company, where I trained thousands of colleagues.

I'm particularly interested in the impact of good training on company success. I later applied this consistently as a sales manager. And it paid off!

Our approach:
Trainings made for the
participants

If a training is to have an impact on participants, there's only one way. The training must involve people, offer them their own approach to the topic, and invite them to participate.

That's why everything revolves around the participants

That sounds a bit obvious? It's not. Many training courses adhere to a standard or offer as much content as possible in a short amount of time – the focus is thus on the presenter or the content. Participants are neglected and become bored. This is how many companies waste a considerable amount of money.

The secret to success: relevant content and active participants

After more than 2,000 successful participants, we can confirm what brain researchers have long said: Our brains learn best when they find the content important and are allowed to participate. Therefore, every training session needs a safe framework and a common thread. This allows people to fully engage with the topic. We place particular emphasis on equal footing and incorporate the participants' knowledge into the training.

The whole thing also has a name: participant-centered training
